Jun 30, 2026"⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid choice for Creel. We had the cazuelita de queso — melty, cheesy, satisfying — which was the highlight. Service was good and attentive. The free WiFi was genuinely the best we found anywhere in town, better than our hotel, which matters when you're in the Sierra Tarahumara with limited connectivity. Fair warning for travelers coming from Mexico City or Oaxaca: calibrate expectations accordingly. This is norteño mountain-town cooking, not complex moles or CDMX street food. Tasty and honest, but my wife found it mediocre by comparison. Coffee was fine but unremarkable. Good value, central location on López Mateos, and a reliable option in a town with limited choices. We'd return."
